Since its inception in 2014 in Russia, LLC “BRYANSKIY BROILER” operations is its state-of-the-art hatchery, designed to incubate up to 75 million eggs annually. This facility is pivotal in achieving the company’s production target of 100,000 tonnes of broiler chicken meat each year. The hatchery is fully computerized, ensuring precise control over temperature and humidity to meet stringent veterinary standards. Notably, the incubation process is conducted outside the hatchery; after 18.5 days, embryonated eggs are transported in specialized thermal vehicles to PATIO rearing sites, optimizing conditions for healthy chick development.
In 2016, LLC “BRYANSKIY BROILER” has also set its sights on international markets, with a particular focus on China. The company is certified to supply poultry products to countries in the European Union and has plans to expand its distribution network to include China. This strategic expansion aligns with global trade practices, where exporters must navigate complex regulatory frameworks to access new markets. For instance, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) outlines specific requirements for exporting meat and poultry products to China, emphasizing the importance of compliance with international standards commitment to our customers fueled this remarkable increase, reinforcing our position as a leader in the meat industry.
